KAREN DARKE PhD, MBE
Karen’s passion for mindset and possibility began in her early years of being paralysed. She became curious about the power of the mind and how we can train it to help us live the change we want to create.
Karen has a wealth of experiences to share from her life as a professional athlete and explorer, and theoretical perspectives gained through study: an MA in Development Training, a Masters in Sports Psychology and High Performance Coaching. She is also a qualified Performance Coach & Hypnotherapist and an experienced ‘Flow’ Coach.

A mother of three hungry boys and with an exercise-mad husband, Edwina really understands the demands on keeping a family full whilst making sure they are healthy. It is too easy to become reliant on poor eating and lifestyle habits. Nutrition fuels our mind and our body and even small changes can make a significant difference to how we feel.
Edwina is passionate about educating and guiding individuals on making informed choices to help them support their unique health goals and feel better. However, everyone presents with a different story. Edwina’s nutritional approach is to look at the whole person as there is no ‘one size fits all’ approach to health, working together to explore a holistic approach to identify the underlying root cause of symptoms.
