Our mind is complex, mysterious and packed with potential, but it is common to get ‘stuck’ in the same limiting patterns of thinkng or behaving.
If you’d like to discover more of your potential, overcome mental blocks, get motivated, feel more peace and less internal conflict, and take a few steps closer to being the best version of yourself in whatever you do, I would love you to join me in ‘Train Your Brain’.
It is thought that the ‘typical’ human being repeats ninety percent of their thoughts from one day to the next, and that by the time we reach our mid thirties, our brain is wired into very repetitive patterns of thinking. If we think the same, we are inviting the same experiences into our lives, and generating familiar emotions. Repetitive habits of thinking have huge impact on our wellbeing, ability to experience new things, to be the best of ourselves and to overcome our limitations.
The virtual bootcamp for your mind will give you tools to train new habits into your brain, along with some methods to access your powerful subconscious mind, dissolving the old to make room for the new. I want to do my very best to help you, to enhance your mind agility and mental processes so that you can feel more motivated, find more peace inside yourself, and upgrade your ability to succeed in whatever you do.
Participants will be led by mind-design coach, keynote speaker and author Karen Darke. www.karendarke.com. Karen’s life of challenge and adventure has given her a passion for how to break the habits of being ourselves and overcome the limitations that habitual thoughts can create. She has Diplomas, Masters and other relevant qualifications in sports psychology and hypnotherapy, but has lived the journey from low confidence to some surprising adventures around the world, along with being Paralympic champion in handcycilng and ex-World Paratriathlon Champion and other sporting awards and achievements..

This is a six week coaching programme and includes:
– A pre-programme questionnaire to help gain clarity on your focus.
– An interactive coaching manual with resources and activities.
– A digital copy of Karen’s book Quest 79 : Find Your Inner Gold.
– Four interactive online group sessions with Karen. Videos provided if you miss any.
– A one to one follow-up coaching session with Karen.

There is an option to join subsequent ‘Monthly Mindset’ group coaching session.
Follow-up sessions to consolidate changes will also be offered at a special rate.
Karen has 10 years experience as a professional athlete, an MA in Development Training, a Masters in Sports Psychology and High Performance Coaching, is a qualified Performance Coach & Hypnotherapist, and Member of the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council.
