This five-day exploration is designed to take you on a journey towards greater flow and new potentials. The experience will help you develop positive, expansive inner and outer perspectives, together with a clear vision of new possibilities and how to reach them.
Inspired by deep experiences of the facilitator Karen Darke and a small team we will help spark your imagination, creativity and process of manifesting new possibilities. The course will take place in the beautiful Morayshire region of Scotland where we will be supported and inspired by the spectacular landscape and seascape.
The programme is designed to :-
- Gain a greater connection with your vision and ideas, big goals and inner motivation.
- Introduce theory and practice of getting into ‘flow’.
- Give inspirational outdoor time with forest and beach walks and/or optional activities such as surfing.
- Explore your energy and methods to enhance it.
- Share practical steps and processes towards manifesting surprising possibilities.
The content of the programme and the local landscape will help elevate your baseline emotional state as you gather tools to enable new possibilities. The aim is to create a fun, reflective, rewarding experience that will leave you fuelled with energy and excitement for the path ahead.
The next course dates are 12-16th May 2023 located on the Morayshire coast in Scotland. Please complete the application form below. Places limited.
About your coaches…
Karen’s passion for possibility began in her early years of being paralysed. She became curious about the power of the mind and how we can train it to view challenge as opportunities. How do we focus attention on what we can do, not on limitations? How do we create or do things that we barely believe we can? Karen’s life has been filled with ‘possibility experiments’. She created a documentary project on possibility with Sir Ranulph Fiennes and Professor Steve Peters (The Chimp Paradox) and created ‘The Pole of Possibility’ in Antarctica in 2023. Karen continues to push her own boundaries and explore the realms of helping others bring surprising possibilities to reality.
Karen has a wealth of experiences to share from her life as a professional athlete and explorer, and theoretical perspectives gained through study: an MA in Development Training, a Masters in Sports Psychology and High Performance Coaching. She is also a qualified Performance Coach & Hypnotherapist and an experienced ‘Flow’ Coach.
Other facilitators may join depending on numbers. Surf sessions will be run by local charity SurfABLE Scotland.
